Everything leadership needs to know about logistics, confidentiality, team involvement, and deliverables.
We design our diagnostics to minimise leadership disruption. We require approximately 4 to 6 hours of total time from your team across the 3 weeks: one 60-minute kick-off interview with the Managing Director or Executive Director, two 45-minute sessions with key department leads, and a final 60-minute executive review session. The diagnostic work is handled independently by the Kaybox advisory team.
